Rob Harris is the founder of Aletheon Advisory, bringing more than four decades of business, technology, consulting, and executive experience to helping organizations make better decisions through rigorous analysis, applied research, and practical strategy.
His career spans senior roles at IBM, Cisco Systems, NTT, and TTEC Digital, where he worked with enterprise organizations across the western United States on business transformation, customer experience, technology modernization, analytics, and operating strategy. He has led complex, multi-million-dollar consulting engagements across healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and other enterprise environments, with a consistent focus on translating data, research, and emerging business challenges into clear, actionable decisions.
Rob earned a Doctor of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University with an emphasis in Data Analytics. His doctoral research used quantitative methods to examine technology adoption and behavioral intention in enterprise environments, strengthening his approach to evidence-based analysis, organizational decision-making, and the evaluation of complex business questions.
He also holds an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and has authored fourteen technical publications on enterprise communications and networking.
Before his business and technology career, Rob served six years in the U.S. Army with the 8th Infantry and 101st Airborne Divisions, working in electronics and communications systems. That foundation of precision, accountability, and disciplined problem-solving continues to shape his approach to research, analysis, strategy, and client engagements.
Aletheon Advisory focuses on three core areas: Analytics | Research | Strategy — helping organizations move from information to evidence, and from evidence to better decisions.
